Structure Your Own Website With Word Press

When I decided that I wanted to work online, I knew that I would need a website. Listening to other people, I knew that I would need a blog. I was 52 years old, and computer training in the use of any kind was no – and I use a Mac too, which always seemed to scare people when I said it!

I had heard people talk of Webmasters – one for your site is set for you, so you think about how it was not at all. Is that what I was before. I make my site for anyone hired me. I lucky, because a friend was for a lower rate, so I pay a few people have heard about me, who have spent thousands of dollars over a large amount not paid. However, I encountered the same difficulties as many who had thousands of sites built by our webmaster is one – it is very difficult to change and update things.

If you are the same as me, you do not know what you put on your site when you are starting from, or exactly how you want to see it. I see something about me before that I need to change. I too wanted to explain to anybody what I found is disappointment, and then to, while a small change was made will have to wait.

Try for your next step and build yourself a site, and was using FrontPage RapidWeaver. It took me weeks and weeks of work and headaches, but I finally found a site, but I was not very happy with it.

This time around, I started to learn more about the blog, and especially WordPress. At first I thought the WordPress for blogging, and I thought the first set I need a website. I wrong – I keep coming seemed to websites that I really liked was that WordPress sites.

As I discovered more – I realized that I wanted to go this way. Once you set a site that is easy to Basics. I started with my blog, and how to add pages and make your entire website has learned. This time I was a good teacher, I decided to do nest way – myself of my previous tries to save some headaches. I am very fortunate that I have the best teacher I ever of one – was found and I have done a lot! (For many years I was a classroom teacher myself), I can not believe how easy it is to just go and change something on my site. If I need a new site, I installed it in less than an hour can. I will not tell you how marvelous after all this struggle with me, to be able to do it.

The first step

1. Sign up for WordPress.org, – it will give more control over your site.
2. One hosting account – usually about $ 7 a month for unlimited sites go – make sure your hosting company is a small panel
3. Buy a domain name and link to your hosting account.
4. Established using WordPress simplescripts
5. Select a topic – a lot there for free, and many people are paying that are not very expensive.
6. Start blogging.
7. Set to use a website page instead of posting, and you can start building your site.
8. To add some plugins and widgets you want to make things easier for you.

Fundamentals of Web Layout
